2.2 Trainees (LMS)
For registration and participation in training programs, we collect: full name, email, phone number, and where required by funding programs (ESPA/EOPPEP): Tax Identification Number (TIN), Social Security Number (AMKA). Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2.3 Minor Programs
For programs addressed to minors (<15 years old), explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before any processing of the minor’s data.
2.4 Contact Form
If you submit a request via the contact form, we process your email, name, and message content solely to respond to your request.
2.5 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email you receive.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored exclusively on servers within the European Union (Greek hosting provider). No data transfers outside the EU/EEA take place.
