Scope of Work:
The consultants of ARGUS STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS actively participated in delivering a complete Security Study for the installation of integrated electronic security systems across organization’s critical infrastructure areas.
The project scope included:
- Full Threat & Vulnerability Assessment for high-criticality facilities
- On-site evaluation of substation layouts, perimeter zones, and structural characteristics
- Definition of technical and operational requirements for: CCTV video surveillance systems, Access Control & Intrusion Detection, Perimeter protection and detection technologies
- Development of a detailed Technical Security Design for system installation
- Documentation aligned with modern Critical Infrastructure Protection principles
- Guidance for Organization’ s internal approval processes
- Compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements under Law 4412/2016
