Scope of Work:
The consultants of ARGUS STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS undertook the complete Security Study required for the design and installation of advanced electronic security systems at Water Supply & Wastewater Critical Infrastructure’ s critical facilities.
The project included:
- A full Threat & Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) tailored to water and wastewater infrastructures
- On-site inspection of pumping stations, reservoirs, treatment facilities, and administrative buildings
- Evaluation of perimeter conditions, physical barriers, and operational environments
- Specification of requirements for: CCTV & Video Analytics, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Sensors, Perimeter Security Solutions
- Development of a unified Technical Security Design ready for procurement and installation
- Alignment with security standards for essential service operators (CER Directive, NIS2, Water Sector CIP Guidelines)Preparation of documentation for internal approval and procurement procedures
